The magic of practicing Yoga, in a small corner of paradise surrounded by the sea between Nuraghi and Tombs of Giants, among lush plants and lush berries of myrtle, rosemary and mastic accompanied by the breath of the mistral. Following an aperitif tasting at sunset with typical local products.

Every Friday the same time, but in different locations:
– 6.00 pm Hatha Yoga and Meditation session
– 7.30 pm Aperitif

It starts, with the secret recipe in the heart, with a smile on the lips and in the heart … thanks.

Enjoy the Journey a journey within you… There are places, which for their magic and sacredness, I prefer not to reveal the name. Comfortable clothing is recommended, Yoga mat and if you want a change for an aperitif

Every time you breathe in, you renew every blood cell. Every second the blood cells are renewed, full of oxygen. Therefore inhaling embrace all the cells of the body and also embrace the suffering that is contained in every cell of the body. It is truly a practice of love. So don’t underestimate the practice of conscious breathing. It can generate life, it can bring healing to the body and mind. Physically, this is an excellent practice. But psychologically it is also a wonderful thing, because you know that you are doing the best thing you can do at that moment. It is best to be yourself, inhale and exhale, and help the body and consciousness. When you have serious problems and don’t know what is the right thing to do, deep breathing, conscious breathing is the right thing to do,
